Chat agents come up short when it comes to working for you. An operator is a queue, a folder of your work, a review gate, and a wake loop on your machine. COO is that build: one local URL for orders, a schedule you control, and send that waits for you.
You buy the Operator kit. The language runtime is bundled so the coordinator can run. You do not need to be a DAL programmer to use it.

Hosted TeamLead is included. Pair with a PIN on your COO (or Telegram) — never emailed. A phone-shaped front end that still talks to your box.
COO is the hub. Chat, upkeep, and the catalog work with no extra agents. Four reference specialists (engineering, travel, shopping, commerce) start only when you call them. Mail and other connectors stay off until you configure them.

If a job would send, post, deploy, or write to a live calendar, it stops for you. Drafts on disk are the default. That is a real queue in the UI — not a slogan.
Upgrades keep those folders. You only swap the image.

The catalog is a place for work you define. Add jobs and instructions on your machine. The kit is not pre-aimed at someone else’s publishing stack, social calendar, or cloud account.
Turbo is how extra packs mount later. The Operator kit is $200. Chat, orders, and upkeep do not depend on a pack. Sales desk is a separate $25 add-on if you want that seed — it is not the kit.

We do not run your queue in our cloud. You run Docker. TeamLead is a hosted front end that pairs to your tunnel. Keys and files stay on your machine.
Travel and shopping helpers produce packets you take to checkout. Calendar changes wait in Review. Drafts the model writes are not sent automatically.
